In the 25th century, people leave the earth in search of a new world, but arrive the planet Ismo after crashing into a black hole. They are welcomed and live happily with the locals.

12 years later, a boy named Takeru from the Earthian parents discovers the buried robot Susanoo. Tsukuyomi, an evil god, who once destroyed 7 planets with the most powerful Sky Warrior robot Susanoo million years ago, tries to rule the entire universe by the power of Susanoo. Takeru must control the legendary robot Susanoo and defeat the battle against the Sky Soldiers and their evil master, Tsukuyomi to save his friends and their peaceful planet.
